Our philosophy
As a network organisation consisting of employees, independent members and cooperation partners, we want to position ourselves even more broadly and develop further in the future. In 2012 our journey into self-organisation started. Since then we have been working in professional and colleague circles instead of in superior-subordinate structures. Every employee can also become a member of the cooperative and participate in the management of our joint company - even co-determine salaries. Our appropriate legal dress is the form of the cooperative.
We are manufacturer and product neutral, economically and mentally independent, familiar with the latest professional developments and possibilities, but always keep a healthy critical distance and do not hide the risks, limits and dark sides of e.g. new technologies from our customers.

For more than 20 years, oose Innovative Informatik eG has been offering excellent seminars, training sessions and workshops. We are always underway to provide advice and support even for the trickiest projects with the utmost enthusiasm.
Whether on the client's premises, remote/online or in our very own oose.campus in Hamburg's Schanzenviertel district, our strength lies in treading unconventional paths at times to enable us to look beyond the end of our own noses, get a bird's-eye view, maintain an overview, be curious and develop new solutions.
Our core strengths in the area of software and systems engineering as well as new working worlds are more than just specialisms for us. We actively and passionately help to shape these topics and share our knowledge. What speaks in our favour?
